钎焊金刚石锯片：
工艺：采用比母材熔点低的钎料与焊件一起加热，使钎料融化后润湿并填满母材连接的间隙，钎料与母材相互扩散形成牢固连接的方法。

特点：锋利，耐磨，吸附力强，不易脱落。

用途：
（1） 用于普通平板玻璃，磨砂玻璃，喷砂玻璃，压花玻璃，夹丝玻璃，中空玻璃，夹层玻璃，玻璃砖的切割和打磨，粒度80到120之间，不易崩边，切割速度快。
（2）用于切割和打磨花岗岩、玄武岩、石灰岩、白云岩、砂岩、大理石等石材，金刚石粒度在36-60之间，够锋利，切割打磨速度快，工作时间长，不易崩边。
（3）用于釉上彩，釉下彩，青花，粉古才，墙砖、地砖、卫生洁具、陶瓷把手，含硅酸盐制品，硅片等材料的切割和打磨，粒度在60到80之间，锋利，工作时间短，不崩边。
（4）其他金属类产品也能切割打磨，比如铝材，不锈钢等
